If you follow my blog, you know where I stand politically. My intent today is not to rub salt in the wounded MAGA Republicans but merely to state what I think happened in the mid-term elections yesterday.

This is a quote from a novel, Child 44, by Tom Rob Smith. The novel is set in Soviet Russia in 1953, but I believe the quote is apropos for where we find ourselves today in the U.S.

The Americans have spoken. It’s time to get to work and set things right as set forth in the U.S. Constitution.
